HOW TO FIND US

By car:  follow signs to Bury St Edmunds & proceed North-East on the A143 towards Diss.  Proceed through Great Barton and at the Banbury Arms village inn, turn left towards Great Livermere and Troston.  Follow the road into Great Livermere and bear right at the bend towards Troston.  Proceed into Troston and turn right after The Bull Freehouse pub and then left into Common Lane.  Proceed up this beautifully quiet country lane, passing the church and Willow Barn will be found at the end on the right-hand side through a traditional five bar gate opening onto a gravel driveway providing extensive parking.

Willow Barn is a cart lodge that sits opposite Willow House a Victorian house built in the late 19th century as a gamekeeper's cottage for the Troston Hall Estate.

The small village of Troston is just 6 miles outside of Bury St Edmunds town centre.

Beautiful countryside walks and cycling routes along the country lanes and paths can be taken straight from the Barn door.  The local pub is within walking distance, a perfect pit-stop after a long stroll.

With plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay, Willow Barn is ideal for that perfect getaway.
